| Design Requirements | To provide a 3000mm wide ribbon of flame for the prestigous Marco Pierre White Steakhouse & Grill within the Hotel. The fire was created by using 3 x CVO ribbon gas burners with custom made glass screens and flue system gather units. This is a large scale 42kw gas fire and is the centre piece of this award winning restaurant. |
